Popular TikTok content creator Habeeb Hamzat, widely known as Peller, has taken a major step in his relationship with fellow social media personality Elizabeth Aminata, popularly known as Jarvis, after paying her bride price during a traditional family introduction ceremony.
The development was revealed on Sunday through a video shared on Peller’s Instagram page, capturing moments from the colourful event attended by members of both families.
In the video, Peller appeared in a white traditional shirt complemented by a George wrapper and coral beads, while Jarvis dazzled in a red wrapper adorned with matching coral accessories and a beaded crown, reflecting a rich cultural heritage.
Announcing the milestone, Peller expressed excitement over the occasion, describing it as the beginning of a new chapter in their lives.
“Today, I proudly paid the bride price of the woman I love,” he wrote.
He added, “A beautiful journey has officially begun. She said ‘yes’ to forever, and now it’s time to build our future together.”
The TikTok star also appreciated both families for their support throughout the process and jokingly declared himself “officially off the market.”
Peller and Jarvis have become one of Nigeria’s most talked-about social media couples, attracting millions of followers through their collaborative TikTok videos and livestreams. Their relationship has remained in the spotlight over the years, marked by public engagements, emotional breakups and reconciliations.
The traditional introduction ceremony comes just weeks after Peller proposed to Jarvis during a romantic outing at a beachfront hotel in Accra, Ghana, a moment that quickly went viral on social media.
Although Peller had earlier proposed to her in 2024, Jarvis initially described the gesture as a promise ring arrangement before later confirming that their relationship was progressing towards marriage.
