United States President Donald Trump has issued a fresh warning to Iran, stating that the country “will have to pay the price” for taking too long to negotiate a deal, in a post shared on his Truth Social platform.
Trump stated this in a statement shared on his Truth soccial, criticising Iran’s military capabilities and claimed the country’s armed forces have been severely weakened.
“Iran’s Military is a complete and total mess. Much of it, like their Navy and Air Force, doesn’t even exist anymore — they have been completely defeated,” he wrote.
He further described Iran as “all talk and no action,” adding that the country has failed to take advantage of earlier diplomatic opportunities.
“The Bully of the Middle East is DEAD!!! They’ve taken too long to negotiate a deal that would have been great for them, now they will have to pay the price!!!” Trump stated.
Iranian authorities are yet to issue an official response at the time of this report.
