LP Rejects Judgement says, It does Not Reflect the People’s Desire

Labour Party, has rejected the ruling of the presidential election petition tribunal that dismissed the petitions of Peter Obi, its candidate, against the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the 2023 Presidential Elections.

The court struck out all the charges filed by Obi and it’s Party against Tinubu’s Victory on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.

The rejection statement was made by the National Publicity Secretary of the LP, Obiora Ifoh, who noted that justice was not served in the judgement, that it did not reflect the law and desires of the people.
