Popular Nigerian fashion designer and influencer, Veekee James, has announced the birth of her first child with her husband, Femi Atere.
The celebrity designer shared the joyful news on Instagram handle alongside a touching video featuring herself, her husband, and their newborn baby.
Announcing the arrival of their daughter, Veekee James revealed that the baby was born on May 2, 2026, and named “Eliana Adeife Atere.”
Explaining the meaning behind the name, she wrote that “El” means God, while “AHA” signifies “He has answered,” together translating to “My God has answered.”
She also referenced the Bible verse 1 Samuel 1:27, which reads: “For this child I prayed and the Lord hath given me my petition which I asked of him.”
The announcement has since sparked an outpouring of congratulatory messages from fans, celebrities, and well-wishers across social media, with many celebrating the couple’s new journey into parenthood.
