Popular Nollywood actress and philanthropist, Tonto Dikeh, has reunited her son, King Andre, with his father, Olakunle Churchill, in what she described as a moment of healing and restoration.
The actress shared a video of the reunion on her official Instagram page, showing King Andre spending time with his father after years of separation. The emotional clip quickly sparked reactions across social media.
Dikeh, who welcomed King Andre during her marriage to Churchill in 2016, revealed that the reunion marked the end of a long period of estrangement between father and son following the couple’s highly publicised split.
In a caption accompanying the video, the actress described the moment as one guided by maturity, forgiveness and the best interest of her child.
“This is restoration. This is healing. This is growth,” Dikeh wrote, emphasising that the decision was centred on allowing her son experience love from both parents.
She added that the reunion was not about reopening old wounds but about prioritising King Andre’s emotional wellbeing and future.
The development comes years after Dikeh and Churchill’s turbulent separation, which played out publicly and was followed by legal disputes and mutual allegations.
While Churchill has not issued a detailed public statement, the video showed him bonding with his son, drawing widespread praise from fans and celebrities who commended Dikeh for what many described as a selfless and mature decision.
