- Housing in a secure environment with 24-hour electricity.
- Furnished office with a projector for tactical analysis.
- Internet access.
- Flight tickets for Chelle and his wife (business class) and two children (economy class).
- GPS provisions.
- Supply of equipment according to the coach’s requirements.
- Authority to choose opponents for international friendly matches.
- Organized camping programs for the teams.
- Initiation of youth development programs.
- Travel allowances to monitor and scout players abroad.
- Travel to watch domestic league matches for player identification across senior, U23, U20, and U17 teams.
- No interference in team selection and player call-ups.
- Issuance of working contracts for his technical staff.
- Timely monthly salary payment by the 30th.
- Bonuses and allowances according to NFF structures.
- Inclusion of his Personal Assistant in the bonus and allowance scheme.
- Proposed salary of $130,000 monthly, covering Chelle, his technical staff, and PA.
