… APC is a Sinking Ship – Secondus.

The Governor of Rivers state, Barr Nyesom Wike has said that the People’s Democratic Party, PDP is the only hope for Nigerians, adding that as far as PDP is concerned, Sen. Dr Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, the Governor of Delta State should prepare for swearing-in noting that, he has not seen any party that can stand him.
Governor Wike made stated this in Asaba during the grand reception and endorsement of Governor Okowa by Anioma Nation and Deltans in general as their sole candidate in the forth coming general elections in 2019, saying, “if any party wants to contest with Governor Okowa, they will have to come to Delta State and tell them what they have done for Deltans”, submitting that Governor Okowa’s return come 2019 is signed and sealed.
Also speaking during the grand reception was the National Chairman of PDP, Prince Uche Secondus who said that, “as you all know, there will be no imposition, no impunity, as this is a new rebranded PDP, and by God’s Grace, we will regain more grounds and there is no amount of propaganda, intimidation that will stop the good people of Nigeria”, adding “if they like, they should continue to arrest our leaders. You cannot have two markets in one day; they had it in 2015, through their lies, but will not get it this time”.
Speaking further, Prince Secondus stressed that APC is a sinking ship, and has failed Aniomas, Deltans and Nigerians, and that is why they are announcing all sorts of things. “Our youths are not lazy at all, they are very energetic, resourceful, hardworking and leaders of tomorrow. We sympathize with our brothers in the North, who due to the incessant killings have lost their lives,” he added.
Speaking from the Red chambers, the Deputy Senate President, Prof Ike Ekweremadu while informing Deltans that the missing Mace has been recovered, emphatically stated that, Governor Okowa must be commended for bringing justice, equity and fairness to all ends of Delta state, saying “I am not surprised that you are able to bring Deltans under one roof in justice, fairness and equity. I urge you to continue because in doing so, I believe that you will be doing the will of God”.
