Grammy-winning artist Damini Ogulu, widely known as Burna Boy, has revealed his inclusion as a performer at the upcoming 66th Annual Grammy Awards.
This is coming after the recording academy released the first batch of performers comprising Billie Eilish, Olivia Rodrigo and Dua Lipa. Burna Boy, Travis Scott, and Luke Combs fell under the second batch.
According to the Academy, additional acts will be announced in the coming weeks leading to the ceremony on February 4.
Burna Boy disclosed this via a post on his official Instagram page, he wrote, “This performance is going to be 🔥. Watch the 66th #GRAMMYs Sunday, February 4th at 8 PM ET / 5 PM PT”.
Burna Boy has also been nominated for four awards this year, including Best Global Music Album (“I Told Them…”), Best African Music Performance (“City Boys”), Best Global Music Performance (“Alone”), and Best Melodic Rap Performance (“Sittin’ on Top of the World”).
